1. From the home screen, press the Menu key.
   
2. Tap System settings.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Location.
   
4. Tap the Location switch to turn it on or off.
   Note: To optimize battery life, turn location off when not in use.
   
5. Tap Agree.
   
6. To change the location mode, tap Mode.
   
7. Tap the desired option.
   
8. If using an app that currently is using Location services, the Location icon will display in the notification bar.
   
9. To quickly enable or disable GPS, tap Location from the notifications menu.
