1. While on an active call, tap the Dial Pad icon to access the dial pad
   
2. Tap the Speaker icon to enable/disable speakerphone.
   
3. Tap Mute to enable/disable mute.
   
4. Tap Hold to enable/disable hold.
   
5. Tap Add call to add a call.
   
6. Press the Volume keys to adjust the volume during a call.
   
7. Press the Home key to return to the home screen during your call.
   
8. Tap the Phone icon to return to the call.
   
9. Tap the red End call icon to disconnect.
