Backup & restore with memory card
Backup and restore contacts, photos, & files using a memory card.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO- Inserting a memory card into your device allows you to transfer and store contacts, music, pictures, and videos.
- To backup contacts, from the home screen, tap Contacts.
- Press the Menu key.
- Tap Import/Export.
- Tap Export to SD card.
- Tap Select all.
- Tap Export.
- If prompted, tap Yes.
- To backup additional content, from the home screen, tap Apps.
- Swipe to, then tap File Manager.
- Tap the desired option.
Note: For this demonstration, tap 'All files'.
- Tap Internal storage.
- Navigate to the desired storage location.
- Tap the Copy icon.
- Tap Select all.
- Tap Copy.
- Tap SD card.
- Navigate to the desired storage location.
- Tap OK to paste.
