In-call options
Learn what features are available while on an active call.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- To enable speakerphone, while on a call, tap Speaker.
- To add another participant to the call, tap Add Call.
- To mute a call, tap Mute.
- To make call notes, tap Call Note.
- If calling a contact with BlackBerry Messenger, tap BBM Video to start a video chat.
- To access the dial pad, tap Dial Pad.
- To end a call, tap End Call.
- To access the home screen during a call, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
- Swipe left to access the home screen.
- Tap the Phone icon to return to the call.
