1. To enable speakerphone, while on a call, tap Speaker.
   
2. To add another participant to the call, tap Add Call.
   
3. To mute a call, tap Mute.
   
4. To make call notes, tap Call Note.
   
5. If calling a contact with BlackBerry Messenger, tap BBM Video to start a video chat.
   
6. To access the dial pad, tap Dial Pad.
   
7. To end a call, tap End Call.
   
8. To access the home screen during a call, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
   
9. Swipe left to access the home screen.
   
10. Tap the Phone icon to return to the call.
