1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap the Google folder.
   
3. Tap Google.
   
4. To perform a text search, tap the Search field, then enter the desired search term(s).
   
5. Tap the Search icon to complete the search.
   
6. Tap the Clear icon to clear the search field.
   
7. To perform a voice search, tap the Microphone icon, or speak the phrase ''Ok Google".
   
8. Speak the desired search term(s).
   
9. To edit search settings, press the Menu key.
   
10. Tap Settings.
    
11. Edit search settings as desired.
