1. From the home screen, tap Apps.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Gallery.
   
3. Tap the desired album.
   
4. Tap the desired photo or video.
   
5. Tap to access the menu.
   
6. Tap the Share icon.
   
7. Tap the desired sharing method.
   Note: For this demonstration, tap 'Messaging'.
   
8. Enter the desired recipient(s), then tap the Message field.
   
9. Enter a message if desired.
   
10. Tap Send.
