1. From the home screen, press the Menu key.
   
2. Tap All settings.
   
3. Under the 'General' tab, tap Location.
   
4. Tap the Location switch to toggle location services on/off.
   
5. If enabling, tap Agree.
   
6. When using an app that utilizes location services, the Location icon will display in the notifications bar.
   
7. To quickly access Location services, drag down from the notifications bar.
   
8. Swipe to, then tap Location to toggle on/off.
