1. From the home screen, press the Right soft key.
   Note: Alternatively, press the Right nav key > Center nav key to access Email via the Widget bar.
   
2. Scroll to the 'Email' icon, then press the Center nav key.
   
3. To edit email options, scroll to the desired account, then press the Left soft key.
   
4. To add a new email account, scroll to 'New Account', then press the Center nav key.
   
5. To remove selected account, scroll to 'Delete Account', then press the Center nav key.
   
6. To edit the selected account's Signature, scroll to 'Signature', then press the Center nav key.
   
7. To edit additional settings for the selected account, scroll to 'Settings', then press the Center nav key.
   
8. To update the account password, scroll to 'Password', then press the Center nav key.
   
9. To edit the Outgoing server address, scroll to 'Outgoing Server', then press the Center nav key.
   
10. To edit the Incoming server address, scroll to 'Incoming Server', then press the Center nav key.
    
11. To edit Sync frequency, scroll to 'Advanced Settings', then press the Center nav key.
    
12. Select 'Account Settings', then press the Center nav key.
    
13. Scroll to 'Check Interval', then use the Right or Left nav key to choose the desired option.
    
14. Press the Right soft key to save.
