1. To pick up an incoming call, while on the line, touch and drag the Answer icon to the right to unlock.
   
2. While on a call, tap Add call.
   
3. Enter the desired phone number.
   
4. Tap the Call icon.
   
5. With both calls on the line, tap Merge to begin 3-way calling.
   
6. Tap End call to end both calls.
   
7. To place a call on hold, tap Manage.
   
8. Tap the Merge icon to pick up the desired call and place the other call on hold.
   
9. Tap End to hang up a single call.
