1. To power on, first press and hold the Power key.
   
2. Touch and drag across the screen to unlock.
   
3. To power off, first press and hold the Power key.
   
4. Tap Power off.
   
5. Tap OK.
   
6. If you are unable to turn your device on, plug the device into a power source for 15 minutes, and then try again.
   
7. If you are unable to power your device off, or if it becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power / Lock key for 10 seconds, until the device reboots.
