Block or unblock devices

This article describes how to block/unblock devices from connecting.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. From the home screen, tap Wi-Fi.
    Note: A Wi-Fi enabled device must first be connected to the AT&T Unite Pro before blocking/unblocking it. Whenever you block or unblock devices, the Wi-Fi radio resets to activate the new settings. Any devices connected to the mobile hotspot will be disconnected when the Wi-Fi radio resets.

  2. Tap Devices.

  3. Tap Blocked List.

  4. Tap the Blocked List switch to toggle on/off.

  5. If prompted, tap the X icon.

  6. Tap the Arrow icon next to the desired device.

  7. Tap Block Device.

  10. To unblock a device, tap Blocked List.
