1. If the unlock pattern is entered incorrectly 5 times, the device will lock for 30 seconds. To unlock, tap Forgot pattern?.
   Note: The device must have already been associated with a Google account for the 'Forgot Pattern' option to display.
   
2. Enter your Google account information, then tap Sign in.
   
3. Tap the desired screen lock, then follow the on-screen prompts to set up a new lock screen.
