1. To answer the call, press the Call key.
   
2. To reject the call, press the End key.
   
3. To reject the call and respond with a text message, tap the Message icon.
   
4. Tap the desired message.
   
5. To make a call, from the home screen, press the Call key.
   
6. Tap Dial Pad.
   
7. Enter the desired phone number, then tap Call.
