1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the display to access Quick Settings.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Accessibility.
   
4. Adjust accessibility settings as desired.
   
5. To turn on Talk Back, tap Screen Reader BETA.
   
6. To turn the screen reader on or off, tap the Screen Reader toggle switch.
