1. From the home screen, tap Browser.
   
2. Tap the Menu icon.
   
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. To change the homepage, tap Display and Actions.
   
5. Tap the 'On Startup Show' drop-down menu.
   
6. Tap My Home Page....
   
7. Enter the desired homepage in the URL field, then press the Return key.
   
8. To toggle pop-up blocking on/off, or to clear browsing history, tap Privacy and Security.
   
9. Tap the Block Pop-ups switch to toggle pop-up blocking on/off.
   
10. To clear browsing history, tap Clear History.
    
11. Adjust additional settings as desired.
