1. After 5 failed unlock attempts, tap Forgot pattern?.
   Note: The device must have already been associated with a Google account for the 'Forgot Pattern' option to display.
   
2. Tap the Username field.
   
3. Enter the Google account email address used to set up the device, then tap the Password field.
   
4. Enter the required password, then tap Sign in.
   
5. From this screen, the screen lock method can be adjusted.
