1. Use your AT&T device as a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot to share your data connection with Wi-Fi-capable devices such as: smartphones, tablets, netbooks, MP3 players, and more.
   Note: Eligible data plan required, learn more.
   
2. From the home screen, tap the On/Off icon on the Hotspot Widget to turn on or off.
   Note: Requires eligible data plan or Mobile Share.
   
3. When Mobile hotspot is turned on, the Mobile Hotspot icon will display on the Notification bar.
   
4. To view what devices are connected, tap the Hotspot widget.
   
5. Scroll to, then tap Manage users.
   
6. The connected devices will display under 'USER LIST'.
   
7. To block a user, select the user from the user list.
   
8. Tap Block and OK.
   
9. To unblock user, tap Block list and select the device that you would like to allow to connect. Tap Unblock and OK. 
   
10. To turn the hotspot off, tap the Hotspot ON/OFF icon.
