1. Registering a Google account allows you to download and purchase content in the Google Play Store, access email through the Gmail application, personalize video preferences with YouTube, and have your account automatically logged in for all other Google-based services on your device.

    Note: If you need a Google account, tap New and follow the on-screen prompts, or visit https://accounts.google.com/SignUp

  4. Enter the desired login information, then tap the Next icon.

  6. Edit the desired details, then tap the Next icon to complete setup.
    Note: To set up Google+ later, tap Apps > Google+.
