1. From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar.
   
2. Tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Tap Personalize.
   
4. Scroll to, then tap Notification sound.
   
5. Tap the desired sound.
   
6. Tap APPLY.
   
7. To change Messaging alert settings, from the Home screen, tap the Messaging icon.
   
8. Tap the Menu icon.
   
9. Tap Settings.
   
10. Tap Notifications.
    
11. Edit the desired Notification settings.
