1. Inserting a memory card (sold separately) into your device allows you to transfer and store contacts, music, pictures, and videos.
   
2. To backup your contacts, from the Home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
3. Swipe to access the Contacts page.
   
4. Tap the Menu icon.
   
5. Tap Manage contacts.
   
6. Tap Import/Export contacts.
   
7. Tap Export to SD card.
   
8. Tap the desired account.
   Note: For this demonstration, tap 'AT&T Address Book'.
   
9. Tap the desired option.
   Note: For this demonstration, tap 'NO'.
   
10. Tap OK.
    
11. To backup media and other files, from the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
    
12. Scroll to, then tap File Manager.
    
13. Navigate to the desired folder listed beneath PHONE STORAGE.
    
14. Tap to select the desired files.
    
15. Tap COPY.
    
16. Swipe left to access the SD CARD file directory.
    
17. Navigate to the desired folder.
    
18. Tap PASTE.
