1. From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar.
   
2. Tap the Settings icon.
   
3. To view the software version, scroll to then tap About.
   
4. Tap Software information.
   
5. The Andorid version and Software number will be displayed.
   
6. To check for updates, from the Settings menu, tap AT&T software update.
   
7. Tap Check for updates. Follow on-screen prompts to download and install any available updates.
