1. To turn the device on, press and hold the Power/Lock key until the device vibrates. Additionally, connecting the device to a power source will turn it on.
   
2. To turn off the device, press and hold the Power/lock key.
   
3. Touch and drag the screen down.
   
4. If the device will not power on, connect the device to a power source.
   
5. If the device becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power/Lock key and the Volume Down key for 10 seconds, until the device reboots.
