View device software version

Check for updates to your devices operating system.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

Swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Action center.
Tap ALL SETTINGS.
To find the OS version, scroll to, then tap about.
Tap more info.
OS version will be listed.
To check for an update, return to the settings menu, then scroll to and tap phone update.
To check for updates, tap check for updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
If desired, tap the Checkbox to automatically download updates, and the Preferred install time field to set the desired install time.
