1. To turn the tablet on, press and hold the Power/Lock key until the screen lights up.
   
2. To turn the phone off, press and hold the Power/Lock key.
   
3. Tap Power off.
   
4. Tap OK.
   
5. If you are unable to turn your tablet on, plug the phone into a power source for 15 minutes, then try again.
   
6. If you are unable to power your device off or if it becomes unresponsive, hold down power key more than 15 seconds until device goes to Power off > Release the power key > Hold down power key again for 3 seconds > (Device will reboot)
