1. The Notification bar is located at the top of the screen and displays device information, notifications and the time.
   
2. Signal strength will be indicated in the Notifications bar. When you are within range of a cellular tower, the indicator will show more bars. If you are not in range of a cellular tower you will have fewer bars and less signal strength.
   
3. If 4G LTE is available, the 4G LTE icon will appear next to the signal strength indicator in the Notifications bar.
   
4. When the battery is charging, the Charging icon will display.
   
5. When Airplane mode is enabled, the Airplane mode icon will display.
   
6. When a Mobile Hotspot is turned on, the Mobile Hotspot icon will display.
   
7. When Bluetooth is enabled, the Bluetooth icon will display.
   
8. When a Bluetooth device is paired, the Bluetooth paired icon will display in the Notifications bar.
   
9. When you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi active icon will display. More bars will display when the wireless signal is stronger.
   
10. When a calendar event is approaching, the Event icon will display.
    
11. When a new email is received, the New mail icon will display.
    
12. When GPS is being used, the GPS icon will display in the Notifications bar.
    
13. When music is playing, the Music icon will be displayed in the Notifications Bar.
    
14. While content is downloading, the Download icon will display in the Notifications bar.
    
15. If an an update is available for an app, the Play Store Update icon will display in the Notifications bar.
