1. To access the keyboard, tap any Text field.
   
2. To enter text, tap the desired characters to enter them in the text field.
   
3. Tap the Shift icon to capitalize the next letter entered.
   
4. To enable Caps Lock, double-tap the Shift icon.
   
5. Tap the Delete key to remove a character. Touch and hold the Delete key to clear the text field.
   
6. Tap the '&123' key to access symbols and numbers.
   
7. Tap the Next key to view additional symbols.
   
8. Tap the 'abcd' key to return to the alphabet.
   
9. Tap the Emoticon key to access emoticons.
   
10. Tap the 'abc' key to return to the alphabet.
    
11. Tap the Microphone icon to enable speech to text.
    
12. To use Word Flow, touch and drag across each letter of the desired word without removing the finger from the screen.
    
13. If the resulting word does not match the desired word, tap the desired word in the Suggestion bar.
    
14. To copy and paste text, tap the desired text.
    
15. Touch and drag the Text Selection handles to highlight all the desired text.
    
16. Tap the Copy icon.
    
17. In the desired pasting location, tap the desired text field to place the cursor.
    
18. Tap the Paste icon.
    
19. The copied text is pasted in the desired location.
    
20. To access the keyboard options, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Action Center.
    
21. Tap ALL SETTINGS.
    
22. Scroll to, then tap keyboard.
    
23. Tap the desired keyboard.
    
24. Change settings as desired.
