1. To lock the device, press the Power key.
   
2. To unlock, first press the Power key.
   
3. Touch and drag upward to unlock.
   
4. To set a pattern screen lock, from the home screen, swipe down with two fingers from the notification bar, then tap SETTINGS.
   
5. Tap Security.
   
6. Tap Screen lock.
   
7. Tap Pattern.
   
8. Draw the desired pattern, then tap CONTINUE.
   
9. Re-draw the pattern, then tap CONFIRM.
   
10. To unlock the device, press the Power/lock key, then swipe up from the Lock icon.
    
11. Draw the chosen pattern.
