1. Press the Recent Apps key to access a list of recent and currently running apps.
   
2. Press the Home key to return to the home screen. Press and hold the Home key to access Google Now.
   
3. Press the Back key to return to the previous menu or screen.
   
4. Press the Volume keys located on the side of the device to adjust the volume.
   
5. Press the Power/Lock key to lock the device. Press and hold the Power/Lock key to access the power menu.
   
6. The Headphone jack is located on the top of the device.
   
7. The SIM card slot and the microSD card slot are located on the side of the device. Insert a fingernail in to the notch to remove the protective panel.
   
8. The microUSB/Charger port is located on the bottom of the device.
