1. From the home screen, press the Right Soft key.
   
2. Scroll to Settings, then press the Center Nav key.
   
3. Scroll to Airplane mode, then press the Center Nav key.
   
4. To turn on, scroll to On, then press the Center Nav key.
   
5. When Airplane mode is turned on, the Airplane mode icon will be displayed in the Notification bar.
   
6. To turn off, scroll to Off, then press the Center Nav key.
