Learn how to access the calendar and manage events.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. To access the calendar, press the Right Nav key.

  2. To change the calendar view, press the Left Soft key.

  3. Scroll to Week view, then press the Center Nav key.

  4. To create a new calendar event, scroll to New, then press the Center Nav key.

  5. Scroll to the desired option, then press the Center Nav key.
    Note: This tutorial selects Meeting.

  6. Enter the desired subject.

  7. Scroll to the Location field, then enter the desired location.

  8. Scroll to the Start time field, then enter the desired start time.

  9. Scroll to the End time field, then enter the desired end time.

  10. Scroll to the Start date field, then enter the desired start date.

  11. Edit any additional details, then press the Center Nav key.

  12. To edit an event, scroll to the event date, then press the Center Nav key.

  13. Scroll to the desired event, then press the Center Nav key.

  14. Press the Center Nav key.

  15. Make the desired edits, then press the Center Nav key.
    Note: Note: You will only be able to edit events you have created.

  16. To delete an entry, scroll to the event date, press the Center Nav key.

  17. Scroll to the desired event, then press the Left Soft key.

  18. Scroll to Delete entry, then press the Center Nav key.
