Email settings

Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.

  1. To access email settings, from the home screen, tap the Email icon.

  3. To add a new account, tap Manage accounts.

  4. Tap the Add icon.

  5. Follow the on screen prompts to add an account.

  6. To edit sync settings for an existing account, tap the Desired account.

  7. Tap Sync settings to turn syncing on/off.

  8. Tap the Sync Email box.

  9. To edit Sync schedule, from the Sync settings menu tap Sync schedule.

  10. Tap the Desired sync schedule and edit additional sync settings as desired.

  11. To edit your email signature, tap Signature.

  12. Tap the Signature toggle to turn an email signature on/off.

  13. To edit your signature, tap Edit signature.

  14. To edit incoming and outgoing server settings, scroll to and tap MORE SETTINGS, then tap on Incoming or Outgoing settings. Edit as desired and follow the on screen prompts.

  15. To delete and account from your device, from the Email Settings menu, tap Manage accounts.

  16. Tap the Delete icon

  17. Tap the Desired account and tap DONE.

  18. Tap REMOVE.
