Email settings

Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. From the home screen, tap the Email icon.

  2. From the email inbox, tap the Menu icon.

  3. Tap Settings.

  4. To add an account, tap Add account.

  5. Enter your Email address and password, tap NEXT and follow the on-screen prompts.

  6. To change account settings, from the Email settings screen, tap the Desired account.

  7. Tap the Signature toggle to turn your signature on or off.

  8. To edit the signature, tap Signature.

  9. Edit as desired and then tap DONE.

  10. To adjust the email sync frequency, tap Sync settings.

  11. Adjust settings as desired, then tap the Back key.

  12. To change incoming and outgoing server settings, scroll down to MORE SETTINGS.

  13. Tap Exchange server settings.

  14. Make Desired changes and then tap DONE.

  15. To delete an account from your device, tap REMOVE ACCOUNT.

  16. Tap REMOVE to confirm.
