1. Accessiblity features allow you to improve the usability of your device for users affected by impaired vision or hearing, cognitive difficulty, or reduced dexterity.
   
2. From the home screen, tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Tap the Device tab.
   
4. Tap Accessibility.
   
5. To turn TalkBack on, tap Vision.
   
6. Tap TalkBack.
   
7. Tap the TalkBack toggle.
   
8. Tap OK.
   
9. Tap OK again.
   
10. To Turn TalkBack off, tap the TalkBack toggle.
    
11. Tap OK.
