- Use the Original charger to maintain optimal battery performance over the life of your device.
Note: The battery comes partially charged. A fully discharged battery requires up to seven hours of charge time. You can use the device while charging.
- Insert the microUSB end of the microUSB cable into the microUSB port at the base of the device.

- Plug the Charger into a wall outlet. If necessary, connect the USB cable to the charger.

- Alternatively, you can insert the USB end of the cable into a computer to charge.
Note: Your device charges quicker using a power outlet then when connected to a laptop or other power source.
- When the phone is charging, the Charging icon will be displayed in the Notification bar.
Note: To display or hide the battery percentage in the notification bar, from the home screen tap Settings > Battery > Display battery percentage.
- When the phone is fully charged, the Fully charged icon will be displayed in the Notification bar.

- This device has a Internet usage time of up to 8 hours and Standby time up to 14 days.
Note: When the battery is weak and only a few minutes of operation remain, the device sounds a warning tone at regular intervals. In this condition, your device conserves its remaining battery power by dimming the screen.
