1. To make a call, from the Start screen, tap the Phone tile.
   
2. Tap the Dial pad icon to get to the phone’s dial pad.
   
3. Dial the Desired number, then tap call.
   
4. If there is a call waiting, tap the Desired action to either answer (puts current call on hold), ignore, or end current call to answer call in waiting.
   
5. When there is an incoming call, swipe up to open the phone.
   
6. Tap the Desired action to answer or ignore the incoming call.
   
7. To reject an incoming call and reply with a text message, drag the text reply tab up.
   
8. Tap the Desired message to send it.
   Note: To create or edit text message replies from the Start screen tap > Phone > Menu icon > Settings > edit replies.
   
9. When connected to a call, the active call information will display in the notification bar.  Tap to return to phone function.
