Stay current by regularly checking for software updates, which often include important security patches and performance enhancements. Before downloading updates, ensure you’re connected to a reliable Wi-Fi or cellular network for a smooth experience.

Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Settings icon.
Scroll to and tap About.
Tap Software information.
The current Android version and Software number is displayed.
To check for software updates, from the settings screen, scroll to and tap AT&T software update.
Tap Check for updates.
If an update is available, follow prompts to complete the update. Otherwise, tap OK.
