1. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Settings icon.
   Note: The images and steps in this tutorial reflect the latest Android software version 6.0. For more information on the latest update available for your device, check att.com/softwareupdates.
   
2. Scroll to and tap About.
   
3. Tap Software information.
   
4. The current Android version and Software number is displayed.
   
5. To check for software updates, from the settings screen, scroll to and tap AT&T software update.
   Note: To see if there is an update available for your device, check att.com/softwareupdates.
   
6. Tap Check for updates.
   
7. If an update is available, follow prompts to complete update.  Otherwise tap OK.
