1. From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
2. Tap Video.
   
3. Select the desired video.
   
4. Tap the Pause icon to pause the video.
   
5. Tap the Play icon to resume the video.
   
6. Tap the Volume icon to adjust the volume.
   
7. Slide the Volume slider up or down to adjust the volume.
   
8. Tap the Arrow on either side of the player to move the player to the left or right.
   
9. Tap the Fast forward icon or Backward icon to fast forward or rewind.
