1. To view your software version, swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.
   
2. Tap the General tab and tap About phone.
   
3. Tap Software info.
   
4. Here you can view the Android version, Software version, and Baseband version.
   
5. To check for software updates, tap Update Center.
   
6. Tap Software Update.
   
7. Tap Update now.
   
8. If an update is available follow the on-screen instructions to perform the update. If an update is not available, tap OK.
