1. VIEW AVAILABLE MEMORY: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon.
   Note: This device is available with 16GB of internal memory and the option to add a MicroSD card up to 256GB. MicroSD cards are sold separately.
   
2. Select Device maintenance.
   
3. Select Storage. 
   
4. Available internal memory will be shown.
   
5. FREE UP MEMORY: Select CLEAN NOW or delete unwanted Documents, Images, Audio and Videos by selecting the desired field from the Storage screen > desired media > DELETE. Select DELETE to confirm.
   
6. REMOVE UNUSED APPS: From the Storage screen, select Apps then select the circle next to the desired app > UNINSTALL > UNINSTALL
   
7. CLEAR APP DATA: Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select the Settings icon > Apps > desired app > Storage > CLEAR DATA or CLEAR CACHE. Select DELETE to confirm.
   
8. ADDITIONAL STORAGE: Purchase an SD card or download a cloud storage app from the Play Store.
