Bluetooth

Turn Bluetooth on or off, scan and connect to other Bluetooth devices, and unpair a connected device.

  1. From the home screen, tap the Settings icon.

  2. Tap Bluetooth.

  3. Tap the Bluetooth switch to turn on or off.
    Note: To optimize battery life, turn Bluetooth off when not in use.

  4. When Bluetooth is turned on, the Bluetooth icon will display in the Notifications bar.

  5. To look for available Bluetooth devices, tap SEARCH.

  6. Tap the desired Bluetooth device to connect.

  7. The common default passcode is 0000.

  8. When a Bluetooth device is paired, the Bluetooth paired icon will display in the Notifications bar.

  9. To unpair a device, tap the Settings icon of the desired device.

  10. Tap Unpair.
    Note: If having trouble pairing/unpairing your device with your vehicle, please refer to your vehicle's user manual for additional information.

  11. Bluetooth can also be turned on and off by swiping down from the top of the screen, then tapping Bluetooth.
