1. This device is available with 16GB of internal, usable memory and the option to add a MicroSD card (sold separately) up to 32GB.
   
2. To view device memory, swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Tap the General tab, then tap Storage & USB.
   
4. Available internal memory space will be listed under Available.
   
5. To free up memory on your device, delete unwanted pictures, music, and videos by tapping the Desired field. Here for the demo we will select Images, videos.
   
6. Tap the Menu icon, and then tap Delete.
   
7. Select the Files you wish to delete, and tap DELETE.
   
8. Tap YES.
   
9. Remove unused apps by tapping Apps in Internal storage.
   
10. Then tap the Desired app.
    
11. From here, you may Clear data or Clear cache.
    
12. To access more options, tap the i icon.
    
13. From here you can Force stop or Unistall the app.
    
14. Use a cloud storage app, such as Google Drive, to leave more space free on your phone. You can also download cloud storage apps via the Play Store.
