1. Accessibility features allow you to improve the usability of your device for users affected by impaired vision or hearing, cognitive difficulty, or reduced dexterity.
   
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.
   
3. Tap the General tab, then tap Accessibility.
   
4. Tap Vision.
   
5. Tap TalkBack to turn on.
   Note: To access TalkBack settings and other features, draw an L shape with your finger and follow the prompts.
   
6. Tap YES.
   
7. To turn off TalkBack, hold down on the Power button, until it vibrates.
   
8. Hold down on the screen with two fingers to turn TalkBack off.
   
9. To turn Flash Alerts on and off, from the 'Accessibility' screen, tap Hearing.
   
10. Tap Flash alerts to turn on/off.
