Take a picture or video

Take and edit a picture or video, use the front and rear camera, and switch between camera and video modes.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. From the home screen, tap the Camera icon.

  2. Tap the Switch camera icon to change between front and rear cameras.

  3. Tap the Camera icon to take a photo.

  4. To take a video, tap the Video icon.
    Note: The video will automatically begin recording.

  5. Tap the Camera icon to take a picture in video mode.

  6. Tap the Stop icon to end the recording and save the video.

  7. Access saved pictures or videos in the Gallery. Tap the Gallery icon to view your images.
    Note: To edit photos to go Gallery > Desired photo > Edit icon.

  8. This device has a 13MP rear-facing camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The video recorder is HD 1080p.
    Note: To take a screenshot, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time, until you hear the camera shutter and the screen flash. To view the captured screenshot open the Gallery or Photos app.
