1. Accessiblity features allow you to improve the usability of your device for users affected by impaired vision or hearing, cognitive difficulty, or reduced dexterity.
   
2. From the home screen, swipe down from the Notification bar.
   
3. Tap the Settings icon.
   
4. Swipe to the PERSONAL tab, then tap Accessibility.
   
5. Tap the Desired option.
   
6. To turn on/off TalkBack, scroll to and tap TalkBack
   
7. Tap the toggle to turn on/off.
   
8. Tap OK.
   Note: In order to turn TalkBack off, you have to double-tap the toggle, and then double-tap the confirmation to turn off. 
   
9. To turn Flash notifications on or off, tap Hearing then tap the Flash notifications toggle on or off.
