1. This device is available with approximately 4GB of internal, usable memory and the option to add a MicroSD card (sold separately) up to 128GB.
   
2. To view device memory, swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers, then tap the Settings icon.
   
3. From the Device tab, tap Storage.
   
4. Available internal memory and portable storage memory space will be listed. 
   Note: For this tutorial, we will select Pictures, videos.
   
5. To free up memory on your device, delete unwanted pictures, music. Tap and hold the desired option, and then tap Delete icon.
   Note: For this tutorial, we will select Pictures, videos.
   
6. Remove unused apps by tapping Apps in Storage.
   
7. Then tap the Desired app.
   
8. From here, you may Clear data or Clear cache from the app.
