1. To access the touchscreen keyboard, tap on a Text entry field. To access the physical keyboard, push down on the screen and slide up.
   
2. Tap the Shift key to capitalize the next letter entered.
   
3. To enable Caps Lock, double tap the Shift key.
   
4. Tap the Delete key to remove a character. Touch and hold the Delete key to clear the entire text field.
   
5. Tap the ‘?123’ key to access symbols and numbers. Touch and hold to access Emoticons.
   Note: Touch and hold a key to access a list of characters associated with that key.
   
6. Tap the More symbols key to view additional symbols.
   
7. Tap the 'ABC' key to return to the alphabet.
   
8. To use Speech-to-text, touch and hold the Microphone icon then release when the Microphone displays above the key. Speak your desired message clearly into the phone.
   
9. Swipe a Suggested word up to replace the word in the text field.
   
10. To copy and paste text, touch and hold the Desired text.
    
11. Touch and drag the Text Selection icons to highlight the desired text, then tap the Copy icon.
    
12. In the desired pasting location, touch and hold the Desired text field to place the cursor.
    
13. Tap the PASTE icon.
    
14. The copied text is pasted in the Desired location.
    
15. To access Keyboard settings, from the home screen swipe down from the home screen with two fingers, tap the Settings icon > Language & input. Edit settings as desired.
