App troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. To clear your app cache, swipe down from the top of the screen, then tap the Settings icon.

  2. Scroll to and tap Apps.

  3. Tap Desired app.

  4. Tap Storage, then tap CLEAR CACHE.

  5. To quit an unresponsive app, tap FORCE STOP.

  6. To see if an app update is available, tap the Play Store icon.

  7. Tap the Menu icon.

  8. Tap My apps & games.

  9. Tap the Desired app you would like to update.

  10. Tap UPDATE.

  11. To remove an app, tap UNINSTALL.

  13. To reinstall tap INSTALL.

  14. Tap ACCEPT.
