1. The Google Play Store provides access to the latest music, apps, games, videos, and more.  A Google account is required to access.

2. To download an app, from the home screen, tap the Play Store icon.
   
3. Tap the Search field, enter the Desired app name, then tap the Go icon.
   
4. Tap the Desired app.
   
5. Tap Install.
   
6. Tap Accept.
   
7. The Downloading icon will appear in notification bar while content is downloading.
   
8. To access the app after it has downloaded and installed, tap OPEN.
   Note: Apps can be returned within 15 minutes of purchase. To return an app, from the Play Store tap the Menu icon > My apps > Desired app > REFUND > YES.
   
9. An icon will appear in the notification bar when an update is available.
   
10. To access downloaded content, from the home screen, tap the Apps icon, then tap the Desired app.
