1. From the Start screen, select the Messaging icon.
   
2. To create a new message, select the Plus icon.
   
3. Enter the desired recipient’s Name or phone number.
   Note: To add additional recipients to a group message, after you have selected one recipient, select the Plus icon to continue adding recipients.
   
4. Enter the Desired message. To attach a photo or video, select the Attach icon.
   
5. Select the Desired attachment type and then navigate to the desired file.
   Note: For this demonstration, Photos or video was selected.
   
6. To send, select the Send icon.
   Note: The message will change color and have a time stamp to indicate the message was sent. Select Anywhere in the empty areas to close the keyboard.
   
7. When a new message is received, there will be a New message icon and notification on the lock screen.
   
8. To access a new message, select the Messaging tile.
   
9. Blue font indicates an unread message.  Select the Desired message to open it.
   
10. To view the image attachment full screen, select the Image.
    
11. To save the image attachment, select the Save icon. To return to the message select the Back icon.
    Note: The image will be saved in the photo album “Saved Pictures”.  To access image, from the Start screen, select Photos, then swipe to albums, and select “Saved Pictures.”
    
12. To reply, select the Message field.
    
13. Enter the Desired message, then select the Send icon.
    Note: The message box will then change color and have a time stamp to indicate the message was sent.
    
14. To forward a message, touch and hold the Desired message to open up a drop down menu.
    
15. Select Forward.
    
16. Enter the Desired recipient, then select the Send icon.
    
17. To delete a message, from the message inbox, touch and hold the Desired message.
    
18. Select Delete to remove the message.
    
19. A validation message will appear, as it will delete all the messages in that thread.  To continue, select Delete.
    
20. An alternate way to delete a conversation thread is to select the Menu icon to open the menu options for the messaging conversation.
    
21. Select Delete conversation to remove the conversation.
