App Troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. CLEAR APP CACHE: To clear your app cache, select the Settings icon.

  2. Select Apps, then select the desired app.

  3. Select Storage.

  4. Select Clear cache.

  5. UPDATE APPS: To see if an app update is available, in the Play Store, select the Menu icon.

  6. Select My apps & games.

  7. Select the desired app you would like to update, then select UPDATE.

  8. UNINSTALL AN APP: To remove an app, select UNINSTALL. Select OK to confirm.

  9. REINSTALL AN APP: To reinstall a previously uninstalled app, from the desired app in the Play Store, select INSTALL and follow the onscreen prompts.
